I started Yachts Direct Connect™ thanks to the many people I have met over the years who love boating and have shared with me their thoughts and experiences dealing with the yacht brokerage Industry. This coupled with 45 years plus of my own love of boating has brought me to the conclusion there must be a better way to help both the buyer and the seller enjoy a better buy/sell transaction. Yacht brokers play a very important role as the intermediary that brings buyers and sellers together for a safe transaction when selling a yacht. Yachts Direct Connect™ accomplishes this by offering a small “shared” fee for advertising and listing in the “prime” yacht listing services, Yacht World and Yacht Council along with many popular Marine Magazines to our clients while offering a reduced commission that will provide the owner greater latitude in negotiating a sale.. Finally, the Yachts Direct Connect™ program allows for co-brokerage situations. Licensed yacht brokers can bring their clients to purchase a yacht listed with Yachts Direct Connect™ and receive commissions commensurate with their current commission structure.
The trend for discount programs across most commission-based industries coupled with the added benefit when the buyer also uses Yachts Direct Connect™ as its broker just seems long overdue in this industry.
